your friends and people around you. We understand you may not want everyone in the
world to have access to your information on Peekamo.com; that is why we give you
control of your information. The shared information in your profile is only accessible
to your networks, groups, and other areas that you choose to make your information
available.
What This Privacy Policy Covers
This privacy policy (The Policy) pertains to the use of the 'Peekamo'
message center, Peekamo member profiles, and the ‘Peekr’ component, on any website
or as a standalone executable.
The Policy covers how Peekamo.com treats personal information
that Peekamo.com collects and receives. Personal information is information about
an individual that is personally identifiable, such as one's name, postal address,
email address, and telephone number.
Information Collection and How It Is Used
General Information
Peekamo.com collects personal information when you register with
Peekamo.com, when you use Peekamo.com’s products or services, and when you post
content on Peekamo.com or a site in Peekamo.com's publisher network.

When you post a message to Peekamo.com, your Peekamo I.D. or screen
name will be visible to other users.
When you send a message via the Peekamo message center or Peekamo.com
in general, your Peekamo.com I.D. or screen name will be visible to message recipients.
When you send a message via the Peekamo.com short code or long
code in general as a non-registered user, your phone number will be visible to message
recipients.
If you post personal information online that is accessible to
the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
We will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you
with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide you with the products
or services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following
circumstances:
Peekamo.com will provide personal information about you to trusted
partners who work on behalf of or with Peekamo.com under confidentiality agreements.
These companies may use your personal information to help Peekamo.com communicate
with you about offers from Peekamo.com and our marketing partners. However, these
companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
Peekamo.com may also be required to disclose personally identifiable

email or by putting a prominent notice on the Peekamo.com and Peekamo websites before

Peekamo.com displays targeted advertisements based on personal
information that is exhibited in people's profiles. Advertisers and ad serving
companies may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads
meet the targeting criteria - for example, men ages 18-22 from a particular geographic
area. However, Peekamo.com does not provide any personal information to the advertiser
when you interact with or view a targeted ad. By interacting with or viewing an
ad, however, you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make
the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
Editing and Deleting Account Information
General
You can change your Peekamo.com Account Information at any time.
We may send you certain communications relating to the Peekamo.com
service, such as service announcements and administrative messages, which are considered
part of your Peekamo.com account.
You can suspend your Peekamo.com account at any time from your
account page. Please note, however, that your identification, billing and contact
information may remain in Peekamo.com's records for some period of time.
We limit access to personal information about you to employees
who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide
products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
Your Peekamo.com Account Information is password-protected.
In certain instances, Peekamo.com may use SSL-encryption to protect
data transmissions.

Peekamo.com may update this policy at any time for any reason.
