Yes, you can turn off mobile delivery and have all replies sent only to your Peekamo inbox.

Why is activation necessary?

Mobile carriers in some countries require a mobile opt-in (permission) to use services such as Peekamo.com.
Activation helps you familiarize yourself with peekamo and send your first Peek (a peekamo message).
Activation provides security and protects your identity.
