Now that the Kibooka squad has been identified, Ugandans desire to know which steps are to be taken by the IGP against it since he had earlier alone promised to make investigations about it.
Nevertheless, we should know that the presence of such illegal organs within the state which can not be wiped away is an indicator of crisis, the evidence of our nation at cross roads.
We have no doubt that the State knows very well the operation of such people who are lashing Ugandans, undressing women but can not act-an implication of full support to such dubious acts and groups by the government of Uganda.
If this is not so why do women keep on being undressed?
Why whenever there's a demonstration, the Kibooka squad intervenes in it's brutality and cruelty but can not be stopped.
We wait expectantly for the Inspector General of Police Maj General Kale Kaihura, Minister Internal Affairs Hon Kirunda Kivejinja to act promptly. Arrest these criminals before 4 pm today; news papers have already published some pictures and televised motion pictures have always watched indicating the identity of these people
This government has a duty to prove to Ugandans and the International community that it's not behind moves of this Kibooko Squad.
